Sarah Albracht absolutely loves the health and wellness journey. She and her husband Bryan, a family practice physician with the Springfield Clinic, have always made fitness and vibrant health a part of their family fun. Emphasizing the importance of making health a lifestyle, not a diet, fad, or crazy new workout, Sarah knows the process to good health is a journey. Brittany Bisch, CSCS
Brittany was born and raised in Chatham, IL and has a strong athletic background. She was recruited to play Division 1 basketball, volleyball and softball and received a scholarship to play softball at the University of Illinois and graduated with an Applied Life Sciences degree in Kinesiology with a K-12 teaching certificate in physical education. While in Champaign, she earned four varsity letters, served on the Student-Athlete Academic Committee, serving as liaison to the administration and earned several awards including the George Huff Award, Coaches Award, Softball Spirit Award and was a Top 5 Candidate for the Department of Interscholastic Athletics Spirit Award her senior year. Before college, Brittany attended Glenwood High School where she earned twelve varsity letters while playing softball, basketball and volleyball. She received All-Conference and All-State honors in all three sports. Following college, Ball-Chatham School District hired her as a teacher and coach. She coached basketball, softball and volleyball at GHS and softball and volleyball at GMS. She was named the Glenwood High School Varsity Volleyball Head Coach in 2009 and coached four years. Brittany is is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, PWF Master's Pod Leader, teaches a variety of classes, and trains individual clients. Lex has been a Certified Personal Trainer since 2006 and holds certifications as a Performance Enhanced Specialist, NASM, and a Golf Fitness Professional with the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI). In addition, Lex is certified by Functional Movement Systems as a Level 1 FMS trainer. A long time fitness enthusiast and professional, Lex has a strong foundation in corrective exercise, general fitness, sport performance enhancement and golf fitness. Lex is a certified instructor with TRX Suspension Training System and is PowerPlate certified. Lex is experienced with clients of all ages and various fitness levels. In addition, Lex has been coaching girls basketball for 16 years at the College, High School and Junior High levels. Brett has had a passion for health and fitness for most of his life. He has participated in several sports so he knows what it takes to get in shape and stay focused. He has helped young athletes build strength properly to prevent injury and improve performance, adults who want to maintain good health, people looking to lose weight and seniors who want to improve or maintain their quality of life. He is certified through NASM, CrossFit Football and practices sports medicine to improve many aspects of fitness including core strength, heart health, balance and injury prevention just to name a few. He mixes fun and discipline together to create a fitness program that will keep you motivated. Karon has been a trainer for over 20 years. She is certified with NFPT, NASM & ACE as a nutritionist and went to Southern Illinois University and received Bachelors in Sports Psychology & Physiology. She started her fitness career at the young age of 3 with dance and gymnastics and continued all the way through college. However, she is most proud of raising her two boys who are both strong athletes & competed in football, wresting, baseball, basketball & track. It has always been important for her to live a healthy lifestyle and she feels as though she has passed that on to her boys. Titus is certified as an Exercise Physiologist through American College of Sports Medicine. He has six years of experience in creating regimens for strength, cardiac endurance, power training and athletic performance. He is a certified coach through the Illinois High School Association Coach Certification Program. He played Varsity Football at Truman State University. He has coached basketball and football. Patty grew up in Springfield, IL. She graduated from University of Illinois in Human Factors. She moved back to Springfield where she met her husband Bob from Port Washington, WI. They now own all the Monty’s Submarines and have four wonderful children. Since high school, Patty has been an avid adventurer, always involved in physical activities from Springfield Ballet Company, cheerleading, track to many other things including triathlons, cycling, yoga, theatre and travel. A huge advocate of having a healthy mind, body and spirit. Patty has done physical exercise most of her life in many of the facilities in Springfield and now Chatham. Zach the PWE Fitness Coordinator and is a graduate from Illinois State University with a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science, originally from the Chicagoland Area. He has 4 years of collegiate sport experience with baseball at the D3 and Club D1 levels. Zach emphasizes in baseball and football mechanics, due to a long history as an athlete of both sports. Josh Waggoner is a Personal Trainer that specializes in helping athletes and individuals in the Springfield, IL area reach their fitness potential. Josh brings several years of experience working with youth, collegiate (Division-I), and professional athletes to the greater Springfield area. In January 2011, Josh joined the University of Missouri Strength and Conditioning staff as a volunteer intern. He primarily assisted with football, softball, track and field, and volleyball athletic development programs. While at Missouri, he assisted with Blaine Gabbert’s and Aldon Smith’s MIZZOU NFL Pro Scouting Day.
