  • Changing the Minds The focus of this program is on preparing the mind through mediation to be able to make long-term healthly lifestyle changes in regard to food choices.  Food preparation by a professional CHEF is included in this program.

  • Operation LOSE IT - This BALANCED 8-week program is designed for YOU, guiding you in nutrition and fitness; both are essential for your success.  Weekly classes with a trainer to ensure your success, grocery tour store, chef experience and constant accountability in the program.  Program is for participants who are new to fitness, need a wellness kickstart, recovering from injuries or needs to drop 30 lbs or more.

  • TABATA Bootcamp! -  The Tabata Bootcamp program will guide you through joining exercise and a healthy diet to meet your goals. The on-line Tabata Program ($10 fee) provides access to meal plans, recipes and a diary log.  Combine this with High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) Workouts and you will be happy with your results.

  • Be Accountable!! - If you are not a beginner and are looking for a program to keep you motivated and focused, then this six-week program is for you! A trainer will meet with you one-on-one to select attainable goals that are just right for you. These goals could range anywhere from eating healthy, exercising regularly, to losing body fat or weight. Each week, you will have homework to complete to help you meet that goal. You also must have previously participated in another program to take part in this Be Accountable program.

  • Final Cut - Join us at POWERWORKS FITNESS for our Final Cut program! Now is the time to challenge yourself, get healthy and fit for the rest of your life, and become the person you want to be. This eight week program is designed by a group of our personal trainers to help you lose that last 10 - 40 pounds.  Each participant will meet with his/her trainer once a week to weigh in and workout, in addition to participating in a weekend boot-camp style workout each Saturday. We can recommend the right coach for you or you can sign up with your favorite trainer before the kick-off.
